Warehouse Manager

Pestie is looking for a boots on the ground warehouse manger.

As the warehouse manager you will oversee all warehouse tasks including; daily order fulfillment, managing the production team to reach daily production goals. managing and maintaining inventory, reporting daily metrics, creating and implementing production line efficiencies.

You will be a key part to unlocking Pestie's fast growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Receive deliveries and check in inventory
• Ensure accurate weekly counts and tracking of inventory in the warehouse
• Oversee operational activities including all order fulfillment
• Ensure daily checklists are completed correctly
• Assign orders for fulfillment
• Help clean, package and get orders out on-time.
• Hiring of new team members
• Assign and overseeing equipment maintenance and cleaning

Safety

• Create a culture of safety by educating employees on safety standards and expectations and safe operation of equipment through team trainings
• Advise leadership team on safety compliance concerns and required preventative actions.
• Inspect working conditions to ensure all activities are compliant with company standards

Job Type

Full-time Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Warehouse Management
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds of inventory from time to time.
• Forklift license is a plus
