Technical Product Manager

VOZE is a cutting-edge computer software company that enables simple sales activity collection through voice, paper, and typed text. About the Role

In this role, you will create, manage, maintain, and scale Voze's integrations, a key component of our product offering. You will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders as you lead out on API initiatives, data/reporting structure design, user authorization and more. You’ll collaborate closely with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration solutions that enhance our product offerings and provide maximum value to users. 

We’re looking for someone with a technical understanding of integrations, APIs, and data structures. You also love to solve customer problems and work closely with designers and engineers to create seamless solutions. You should also be strong at identifying and building the right abstractions to support other engineers. Engineering Management or Tech Leadership experience is a plus.

What You’ll Do

• Steer enhancement and innovation for integrations, creating a product roadmap with supporting user stories, requirements, and field mappings
• Develop a library of standard integrations with various CRMs and other systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to grasp business objectives and customer pain points, prioritizing product initiatives according to anticipated business impact
• Co-create with designers a delightful, seamless, and easy to use experience
• Work closely with engineering stakeholders to understand resource tradeoffs and technical feasibility of different product integrations
• Create, monitor and thoroughly groom product tickets to ensure clear direction and forward momentum for engineering teams

Requirements

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience with API connections
• JSON and SQL experience
• Proven experience in product management, preferably in a technology or software development environment
• Strong proficiency in databases and data warehousing
• Experience integrating CRMs such as Hubspot, Salesforce and others preferred
• Experience working independently to create solutions from concept to delivery
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to think critically and strategically to solve structural design and execution challenges
• Equally passionate about technical frameworks and deeply understanding users and customers
• A sense of urgency and understanding of a fast-paced company in startup mode.
