Supply Chain Manager

Clicklease is a rapidly growing FinTech company that is revolutionizing the $1+ trillion financial services industry. Our proprietary technology platform and machine-learning decisioning algorithms are changing the face and pace of commercial equipment finance. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to join our team and optimize our supply chain operations.

As a Supply Chain Manager at Clicklease, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our supply chain, from sourcing and procurement to logistics and inventory management. Your goal will be to enhance our efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes that align with business objectives.

· Manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution.

· Conduct regular analysis of supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.

· Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to optimize inventory levels and ensure on-time delivery.

· Negotiate and maintain supplier contracts and relationships.

· Monitor market trends, new technologies, and industry best practices to drive innovation in supply chain operations.

· Implement cost reduction initiatives and improve operational efficiency.

· Provide leadership and guidance to the supply chain team.

Requirements

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the financial services or technology industry.

· In-depth knowledge of supply chain management processes, including sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational inefficiencies.

· Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.

· Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools.

· Strong leadership and team management abilities.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

· Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.

· Knowledge of the financial services industry and the equipment finance market is a plus.
