Job Summary: Student Life Coordinator at OASIS is responsible for overseeing and coordinating activities and operations related to all aspects of residential student life. In this role you will ensure efficient and effective operations within the facility, plan student schedules, provide guidance and support to staff members, and maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for residents. Student Life Coordinator plays a crucial role in promoting positive interactions, teamwork, and adherence to policies and procedures.

- Attending/Advocating for Students during Weekly Treatment Team

Requirements
Please ensure your resume includes education, work experience, certifications, and licenses
- 21+ years of age
- Professional experience in a residential treatment program (12+ months)
- Able to pass criminal investigation background check
- Able to pass a pre-employment and periodic drug screening
- Able to pass motor vehicle record check
- Current Utah driver's license (within 30 days of employment)
- 1st Aid & CPR certified (we may provide)
- ICC certified (we may provide)
- Good time management
- Works well within a team
- Strong problem-solving aptitude
- Able to emotionally self-regulate
- Able to stay mentally present and alert while working
- Patient and kind
