Student Enrollment Specialist
100% Remote
Key Responsibilities:
Student Recruitment:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract prospective students.
Organize and participate in recruitment events, webinars, and information sessions to promote our programs.
Build and maintain relationships with high schools, community colleges, and other relevant organizations.
Admissions Process:
Guide prospective students through the admissions process, including application submission, document collection, and interview coordination.
Review applications to ensure completeness and compliance with admission requirements.
Provide accurate and timely information to applicants regarding program details, admission criteria, and deadlines.
Enrollment Management:
Track and analyze enrollment data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective students.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling recruitment materials and campaigns.
Managed end to end enrollment.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with academic advisors, faculty, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless enrollment process.
Prepare regular reports on recruitment and enrollment activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in education, business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in student recruitment, admissions, or enrollment management, preferably in higher education.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with CRM software and other enrollment management tools is a plus.
