We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to continuously optimize and enhance our Salesforce ecosystem. This role involves designing scalable, best-practice solutions tailored to business requirements, as well as refining and managing existing implementations. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, excel in communication, and effectively translate complex technical details into clear, user-friendly documentation
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Administer and manage user roles, licenses, permissions, sharing rules, connected apps, managed packages and security settings
- Design, implement, and maintain automation processes, with a focus on Salesforce Flows
- Configure and manage Salesforce settings, including page layouts, record types, custom objects, approval processes, and custom fields
- Oversee and manage sandbox environments
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
- Manage and optimize integrations with the Salesforce platform
- Conduct data management to ensure high-quality data within Salesforce
- Analyze business requirements to design and implement tailored Salesforce solutions
- Perform routine system maintenance, including Health Check, Optimizer, Security Reviews, and Release Updates
- Provide troubleshooting support and resolve user-reported issues
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with varied teams and departments
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
- Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud
- Proficiency in automation tools like Zapier, Flow and Process Builder
- Extensive experience in a highly customized Salesforce environment
- Strong experience with Salesforce integrations, including Hubspot, Salesloft, Tableau, AWS, Zapier, and Calendly
- Understanding of Apex Triggers, Classes, and Visualforce
- Proficiency with Data Migration Tools such as Data Loader and Data Import Wizard
- Previous experience in the Financial Services industry is a plus
- Additional technical certifications in Salesforce and other SAAS or technical products is a plus
