Open Range is actively seeking a motivated and organized Sales Team Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in assisting sales representatives with administrative tasks, managing customer interactions, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the sales department. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and processing sales orders.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and proposals for clients.
- Coordinate communication between the sales team, clients, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt assistance, contributing to a positive customer experience.
- Organize and maintain sales files, ensuring all documentation is complete and easily accessible.
- Assist in tracking sales metrics, generating reports, and analyzing data to support sales strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the sales team.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a sales or customer service environment.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
