Are you an Optometry Practice Manager looking to share your skills and strengths in a new environment? As an Optometry Project Manager with us, you will lead and manage multiple clients and teams focused on optometry, eye care, and vision-related services. You will collaborate with the Leadership team to ensure the successful management of multiple clients and teams that enhance eye health and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
Team Leadership: Build, lead, and motivate cross-functional teams, providing clear guidance and direction to achieve project goals.
Clinical and Practice Improvement: Collaborate with the Leadership team to identify areas for clinical and practice improvement, and implement projects to address these areas.
Quality Improvement: Implement and oversee initiatives to enhance the quality of optometry services, patient care, and clinical outcomes.
Patient Experience: Focus on improving the patient experience by implementing strategies that enhance communication, appointment scheduling, and overall satisfaction.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that optometry projects adhere to relevant healthcare industry standards, regulations, and quality standards.
Leadership Communication: Maintain open and regular communication with the Leadership to provide project updates and resolve issues.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, reports, and clinical documentation.
Training and Education: Develop training programs and educational materials for the optometry team to improve their skills and knowledge of the optometry practice.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Optometry Practice Manager.
Familiarity with optometry and eye care practices.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Experience in healthcare quality improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of optometric equipment and technology.
A background in optometry front desk is required.
