Job Overview:
As a Project Manager - Implementations, you will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of our software solutions for new and existing clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, develop project plans, and oversee the implementation process from start to finish. Your goal will be to ensure successful and timely deliveries of our software solutions, while providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager - Implementations, your main responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage the implementation of our software solutions for new and existing clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop project plans.
- Oversee the entire implementation process, ensuring successful and timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and excellent customer service.
- Provide training and support to clients, ensuring they are able to effectively use our software solutions.
- Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Track and report on implementation progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues or risks.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
- Continuously improve implementation processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in software implementation or professional services role.
- Experience in managing and leading implementation projects.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage client relationships.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the sales enablement industry is a plus.
- Able to commute to our Lehi office. This is not a remote position.
