Mid Asset Management Planner

Here at Spectrum, we are looking for two Mid Asset Management Planner to join our team. The ideal candidates should have the following qualifications:

• Proficiency in applying problem-solving methodologies and principles
• Experience leading tasks
• Understanding of IT practices and principles related to asset management
• Creation and maintenance of an Asset Management Plan
• Assistance in BSLM and USLM support to comply with AF managerial and procedural requirements for IT acquisition and accurate recording of IT hardware/software assets
• Management of software licenses and hardware throughout the product lifecycle
• Generation and management of reports to provide status and inventory information for hardware and software vendors, titles, licenses, quantities, and versions
• Utilization of asset management tools for tracking and auditing hardware and software assets
• Supervision of Junior Managers and support personnel
• Registration and documentation of all unit software licenses and proofs of purchase
• Assistance with Internet Protocol (IP) based VTCs based on the requirements of senior leaders
• Actively maintaining the asset database to ensure its technological viability
• Providing inventory control for hardware, software, and maintenance/warranty coverage

Requirements

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the industry combined with an AS degree in a STEM/IT related field.

Alternatively, a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience combined with a BS degree.

Or, at least 1 year of practical experience in the same domain combined with an MS degree in a related field.
