At Spectrum, we are seeking a Junior Finance Manager to join our team. The suitable candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Assisting with general business operations while adhering to general financial guidelines and accounting rules.
- Under the supervision, evaluating products and procedures to ensure compliance with government standards and sound financial management principles.
- Capability to work with various appropriations (e.g., O&M and Procurement).
- Ability to comprehend and adhere to government standards, accounting principles, and system application standards.
- Maintaining basic financial records and file management.
- Preparing simple financial reports and routine presentations.
