Journeyman Engineer

Spectrum Comm Inc is seeking a highly qualified Journeyman Engineer to join our team. As a Journeyman Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting a variety of engineering projects and programs. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to analyze requirements, develop technical solutions, and ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting research and analysis to support engineering projects and programs.
• Collaborating with team members to develop engineering designs and solutions.
• Performing testing and evaluation of engineering systems and components.
• Providing technical support and guidance to the project team.
• Preparing and presenting technical reports and documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Continuously staying updated with the latest developments in engineering technology and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in engineering or a related role.
• Strong knowledge in engineering principles and practices.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in managing engineering projects is a plus.
