Join our team as an Influencer Marketing Manager and be at the forefront of shaping our brand's presence in the digital world! As the orchestrator of our influencer partnerships, you'll foster meaningful relationships with affiliates, spearhead strategic campaigns for new releases and sales, and coordinate the delivery of captivating press boxes to our network.   • Affiliate Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers and affiliates to establish trust, loyalty, and long-term partnerships. We want them to feel apart of our team
  • Campaign Strategy Development: Develop strategic influencer marketing campaigns aligned with the brand's objectives, target audience, and product releases.
  • Research and identify key online influencers that aligned with the brand
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor the performance of influencer campaigns, track key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, and analyze the effectiveness of different strategies.
  • Creative Briefing and Direction: Provide clear and concise creative briefs and direction to influencers, guiding them on brand messaging, tone, and visual aesthetics to maintain brand consistency across campaigns.
  • Monitor Affiliate Performance: Identifying top performers and nurturing relationships to sustain their achievements. Develop and administer incentive programs to motivate affiliates, driving enhanced performance and results. Conduct regular evaluations to identify and address underperforming affiliates, maintaining a streamlined and high-performing affiliate network.
  • Press Box and Product Launch Coordination: Coordinate the creation and distribution of press boxes for product launches or special promotions, ensuring timely delivery and maximum impact.
  • Relationship Building and Networking: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging influencers, and networking opportunities, actively seeking out new partnership opportunities to expand the brand's influencer network and reach.

Reports To:

You'll be at the heart of our operations, working hand-in-hand with our visionary CEO to drive innovation and excellence.


  • Previous experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or related fields is essential. Ideally, candidates should have 2-5 years of experience managing influencer campaigns or partnerships.
  • A strong understanding of various social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and others, necessary to effectively engage with influencers and reach target audiences.
  • Possess strong communication skills while still using the voice of our brand. We want our influencers to feel like you’re their bestie.
  • Demonstrates a creative mindset coupled with robust project management skills.


  • Experience in E-commerce: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, sales funnels, and online marketing strategies for driving influencer-driven sales and conversions.
  • Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in basic graphic design tools like Adobe or even Canva, the ability to create compelling visual content for influencer campaigns.
  • Passion for Influencer Culture: A genuine interest in influencer culture, social media trends, and emerging platforms can drive innovation and creativity in influencer marketing initiatives.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: The ability to adapt to changing trends, platforms, and market dynamics is important for staying agile and responsive in the fast-paced world of influencer marketing.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is preferred.


  • 20 hr/week 
  • Monday - Friday, 9am to 1pm
