Head of Preservation: Floral Preservation Manager

This is a full time, on-site role for our Head of Preservation. As a crucial leader of our team, you will be primarily responsible for leading a team of skilled preservation specialists, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the overall production process, and mastery of floral preservation processes. 

Requirements

• Carefully prepare and press flowers using specialized techniques to best maintain their color, shape, and structure.
• Provide leadership training and feedback to the local preservation team, ensuring that the team works cohesively towards common goals.
• Maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure the final pressed flower products meet the company's high standards of excellence.
• Act as a primary and trusted point of contact within your department, mitigating conflict when it arises in a prompt and compassionate manner.
