Job Overview: 

As the Director of Growth Marketing, you will lead and drive marketing initiatives with a focus on developing and executing strategies to generate new leads and drive customer acquisition. You will develop comprehensive marketing plans, partner with sales to generate content, manage marketing campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. You will be responsible for leveraging account based marketing techniques to accelerate growth and maximize ROI. 

Requirements

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive account based marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Set clear marketing plan to ensure that social, email, and ad campaigns deliver qualified candidates for the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts and support revenue targets. 
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact. 
  • Manage marketing budget effectively, allocate resources, and optimize spend across different marketing initiatives. 
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the market, customers, and competitors to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. 
  • Conduct market research and customer insights analysis to identify customer needs and preferences, and develop marketing strategies to address them. 
  • Manage the website messaging, positioning, and CTA's to ensure that when our ICP navigates to the associated web pages, that they feel compelled to engaged with our sales team
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on marketing performance, ROI, and strategic recommendations. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Deep understanding around ad campaigns for a variety of social channels dependent on target audience
  • Creative ability to deliver content using Microsoft Office products, Canva, and the Adobe Suite 
  • Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies and campaigns. 
  • Experience managing and leading a team of marketers, including setting goals, providing guidance, and driving performance. 
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like Apollo and Hubspot.
