Position Description:
We are seeking a Fulfillment Associate to work at our fulfillment location in Salt Lake City, Utah. The successful candidate for this position will report to the Fulfillment Supervisor. You will be responsible for performing a combination of manual and automated tasks. You will answer questions, input accurate shipping, receiving or returns information on customer accounts and perform general warehouse duties and warehouse prep and cleanup.
Requirements
What we want you to do:
- Perform various functions in the warehouse with a focus on kitting devices, involving repetitive hand motions.
- Achieve or exceed established benchmarks.
- Receive, inspect, and properly store inventory.
- Prepare and pack customer orders for shipment.
- Load boxes into trucks for delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards.
- Operate pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Participate in cross-training to support various warehouse functions.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
- Capability to push utility carts weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout shifts.
- Proficiency in using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to move items.
- Ability to navigate stairs as needed.
- Adherence to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards.
Who You Are:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Experience with assembly and data entry is preferred.
- Ability to carry/lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
