• BS Degree in an qualifying discipline +6 years of related engineering experience

• MS Degree in a Electrical Engineering + 4 years of related engineering experience
OR
• PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering + 2 years of related engineering experience
• Systems Engineering Experience and/or Certification
