Customer Service Representative (Full-time in office)

Come be a part of the Pestie customer service team! We are hiring several full-time individuals.

Work at one of the funnest companies in Utah. Darts, lunch, ping pong, food tasting challenges and more!

This position is from 9:00 to 5:00 MST in our Bluffdale office. Pay starts at $17 an hour, and paid training is provided.

Founded in 2019, Pestie is the Anti pest control company. We are the pro-grade DIY pest control solution that is focused on making sure every American has access to easy, inexpensive, effective, and responsible pest control. We are growing quickly and are looking for someone to grow with us.

Responsibilities:

• Answer emails, calls, texts, chats, and social media in a prompt and friendly manner
• Provide personalized, engaging, and compassionate customer service
• Troubleshoot customer issues and figure out quick solutions
• Implement conflict management skills to de-escalate emails in a way that builds a positive customer experience
• Make independent and insightful decisions, keeping customer and company needs in mind

Requirements

• Location: Bluffdale Utah Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Experience: Customer Service: 2 year (Preferred)
