- Manage and develop new customer accounts in the fire protection industry.
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and property managers.
- Provide customized fire protection solutions based on customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in fire protection technology.
Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the fire protection industry.
- Extensive knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and related codes and regulations.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
