Canvassing Manager

Epic Windows & Doors is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Canvassing Manager to build our door-to-door sales initiatives. Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of canvassers to ensure high performance and productivity.

• Collaborate with the sales team to align canvassing efforts with overall company objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales or canvassing management role, preferably in the home improvement industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with team members and clients.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales tracking software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within designated areas.
