Position Summary:

We are seeking a Call Center Team Lead for our West Valley City, UT location. This is an Monday-Friday in person position at our centrally located call center. If you enjoy leading and developing a team of passionate employees, then please consider this opportunity!

Requirements

What We Want You to Do

  • Lead a team of Call Center Agents to exceed business results through motivation, coaching, and recognition.
  • Review attendance and performance metrics on a daily basis. Recognize top performers, share best practices, coach, or escalate to Call Center Manager for disciplinary action when necessary.
  • Facilitate one-on-one meetings with direct reports.
  • Provide necessary tools and resources to team.
  • Identify training opportunities and share best practices with team and peers.
  • Actively participate in Team Lead Meetings by sharing best practices, tools, and resources.
  • Ability to analyze trends and act on these findings in a timely manner.
  • Encourage a lead-by-example atmosphere with excellent personal attendance and outstanding time management skills including timely follow-up, meeting deadlines and demonstrating a high level of professionalism to your team on a daily basis.

Who You Are

  • High School Diploma or GED required, college degree desired.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is desired, but not necessary.
  • 3+ years of experience in a call center environment.
  • Must be detailed oriented; able to remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills to perform multiple tasks quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to engage, coach, mentor and lead direct reports.
  • Availability to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 6am-6pm (exact shift to be determined upon hire).
