ThreePeaks Ascent and RedCliff Ascent are licensed, accredited therapy programs located in Southern Utah. We have 30+ years of experience using evidence-based practices to help families heal. We combine the power of traditional and experiential therapies in a relationship-based model to effectively disrupt unhealthy patterns, assess the underlying issues, and re-engage our students and their families in the therapeutic process. Healthy relationships, novel and challenging experiences in a wilderness setting, and the incorporation of ceremony and ritual are how we foster the healing process and create lasting change.
As an Admissions Counselor, you will work with prospective families, adolescents, and young adults in all aspects of the admissions process. You will work with the various programmatic departments to ensure a smooth admissions process and help keep the program running at capacity. You will also support ThreePeaks and RedCliff with marketing activities.
Essential Functions
Admissions:
- Assure all leads from all distribution channels (internet, educational consultants, private professionals, industry programs, traditional schools, and word of mouth) are either answered with a live voice or after leaving a message are responded to with urgency representing a high level of customer service.
- Answers phone calls from prospective families and contacting families who inquire online.
- Talk with prospective adult clients about the program and work with adult clients through the admission process when offering adult treatment services.
- Assure that phone call paths are always operable 7 days a week.
- Supports new families during the first five days of treatment through providing updates and answering questions.
- Send new families access information to the parent portal after intake
- Approaches each prospective client with a high level of customer service and urgency in meeting the needs of the prospective client.
- Ensure all admission information is entered into Bluestep in a timely manner.
- Assists families through the application process.
- Ensures all enrollment forms and contracts are properly filled out and signed before admitting to the program.
- Provides accurate and timely documentation and paperwork for leads and admits
Marketing
- Develop consultative relationships with sister programs, education consultants, industry programs, schools, and private providers to establish trusting relationships that assist in the execution of admissions objectives including promoting a positive and healthy public image.
- Ensures that parents, education consultants, industry program, and families are receiving the highest quality customer service.
- Coordinates EC visits and/or tours incorporating other industry programs when necessary.
- Supports Admissions and Marketing Director and other Directors in marketing activities, including scheduling appointments, documentation, social media, and follow-up emails.
- Assists with other marketing activities as assigned by the Admissions and Marketing Director.
Work environment
- Hybrid: Some required office days, with the potential to work from home part of the week.
- Working space at the RedCliff Ascent Enterprise Office
- RedCliff will provide a cell phone and a computer.
- May at times be exposed to sexually explicit and inappropriate language by students on site or with parents or guardians you are speaking with on the phone.
- Trips to the field of operation may be required with visitors, prospective families, training and referring professionals.
Requirements
Eligibility Qualifications
- Must have Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Must have 1 year of experience with sales or marketing in the Behavioral Health Field.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License within 30 days of hire and acceptable motor vehicle record per company policy.
- Must pass Background Criminal Investigation, per the State of Utah Office Licensing rules and regulations.
