Full Job Description

Welcome to the Summer 2025 Trip Leader Application! We are so excited to get to know you better. You can expect to hear back about your application within 1-6 weeks of applying.

You’ve probably come here because a lot of people you respect have told you about being a Trip Leader. But what are you even signing up for? Let us tell you. In the form of a review. Because you can’t commit to anything without first reading the reviews.

Being a Trip Leader is… “a chance to work with incredible youth who will change your life, and I’m for real. I’m seriously obsessed with these kids, and in return I expect Trip Leaders to keep up with them. The biggest role a Trip Leader faces is to be a logistical wizard, a confidant, a homie, a leader, a hype artist, a spiritual giant and their best friend--all at the same time, simple as that.”

-Jordan, 7th Year Trip Leader
