Youth Sports Ninja Zone Associate Director

If you are someone who is passionate, athletic, mature, and easily able to motivate others - then come join our NinjaZone program as an instructor of kids aged 3-12! NinjaZone is a nationally recognized program that combines obstacle course training, gymnastics, martial arts, & street dance into a class that allows kids to thrive and be active.

Our classes occur 3pm-8pm on weekdays & 9:45am-12:45pm on Saturdays. Pay is generous & competitive, based on your experience and credentials. Job responsibilities include coaching high-energy NinjaZone classes, guiding athletes through warm-up/dynamic stretching, fine & gross motor skill development, obstacle course training, introductory gymnastics rolls & skills, introductory dance moves & martial arts skills, ability to control a group of kids, safety supervision, parent communication at the end of classes, as well as various admin responsibilites.

• Positive outlook on situations and challenges
• High level of maturity, initiative, work ethic, communication skills, and emotional intelligence
• Ability to adapt, as we have multiple programs running at the same time and changes are bound to happen
• And most of all... A HUGE LOVE OF KIDS!
