Are you passionate about designing innovative workforce solutions that help organizations overcome their staffing challenges? Do you thrive on collaborating with clients to build custom staffing strategies that align with their business goals? If you’re a creative problem solver with a strategic mindset, then our client has an exciting opportunity for you. We’re looking for a Workforce Solutions Manager (aka The Talent Innovator) to lead workforce planning, design staffing solutions, and help clients optimize their talent acquisition efforts.
As the Workforce Solutions Manager at our client, you’ll serve as the strategic partner for clients looking to build and maintain effective workforce strategies. You’ll assess workforce needs, design solutions, and ensure seamless delivery of staffing services that align with each client’s unique goals. This role is about more than just providing staffing solutions—it’s about helping organizations drive success through innovative talent strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workforce Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their workforce challenges, business objectives, and hiring needs. You’ll design customized staffing solutions that align with their goals, whether for contract staffing, direct hire, or contingent workforce management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and acting as their trusted advisor. You’ll conduct in-depth consultations to identify workforce gaps, forecast talent needs, and develop strategies that drive long-term success.
- Develop and deliver tailored workforce solutions, including temporary staffing, project-based hires, and workforce planning. You’ll use data-driven insights to recommend best practices in recruitment, retention, and workforce management.
- Stay current on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive hiring practices. You’ll provide clients with market intelligence, including salary benchmarks and talent availability, to help them make informed workforce planning decisions.
- Work closely with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client workforce needs are met efficiently. You’ll ensure the seamless execution of staffing services, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, and provide regular feedback to recruiters on client expectations.
- Track and analyze key workforce performance metrics, such as time-to-fill, employee retention, and productivity. You’ll provide clients with regular reports and recommendations to optimize their workforce strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
- Continuously innovate by identifying new ways to enhance workforce solutions. You’ll explore technologies, processes, and tools that improve talent acquisition, workforce management, and employee engagement.
