Golf Ranch is a trailblazing brand of tech-enabled golf driving ranges, dedicated to transforming the golf experience through a new category called 'Golf Lite', which bridges the gap between Entertainment Golf and Traditional Golf. Through state-of-the-art technology, a laid-back atmosphere, and exceptional customer service, Golf Ranch is bringing golfers together to practice and play. We currently have 4 unique locations in Texas, Missouri, and Connecticut and are looking to expand rapidly. 

 

Job Overview: 

We are seeking a strategic and people-oriented VP of Sales & Customer Experience to lead the national growth of Golf Ranch. This individual will possess a passion for building a customer-centric culture and delivering exceptional customer experiences through our people. This role will drive revenue growth, create cohesive sales strategies, and lead a team dedicated to achieving operational excellence across all locations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Leadership & Culture Building: Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing national sales team while fostering a positive, customer-obsessed culture across all locations. 
  • Sales Strategy & Process: Build and implement a sales process that aligns with culture and business goals and develop new revenue initiatives. 
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that customer satisfaction and service excellence are at the heart of every sales process. Drive initiatives to enhance the customer journey at every touchpoint. 
  • Team Development: Lead recruitment, training, and retention strategies for the sales team. Prioritize continuous learning and development for staff to build a strong sales culture. 
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure cohesive efforts in achieving company goals. Align cross-functional efforts to enhance the overall customer experience. 
  • Performance Management: Set and monitor performance KPIs. Use data-driven insights to optimize sales processes, track progress, and implement improvement strategies where necessary. 
  • New Store Openings: Lead pre-opening sales strategy and execution as we enter new markets. 

 

Key Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within a multi-unit, brick-and-mortar service business or retail environment. 
  • Demonstrated ability to scale sales teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 
  • Passion for customer experience with a deep understanding of customer service strategies and loyalty-building initiatives. 
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills with a focus on culture-building and employee development. 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance management. 
  • Ability to think strategically while also managing day-to-day execution. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working cross-functionally to drive results. 
  • A customer-first mindset, with a desire to innovate and improve service standards at every level.

Total Compensation: $200K+ including salary, bonus, and long-term incentives + employee benefits.
