We're a small team, and are looking someone with passion, energy, and humility. The perfect candidate won't be afraid to roll up their sleeves, shoot all day, travel to client locations, and do what it takes to get the job done.

This role is a hybrid role and will require some travel. The majority of our projects are based in San Antonio, but we travel frequently to Austin, Dallas and Houston.

Requirements

Your responsibilities will include:

• Shooting and editing professional, high quality video efficiently and effectively.
• Going on-site to customer locations to capture video interviews, b-roll, events, product demonstrations, podcasts, and more.
• Interacting with clients, our client’s customers and partners and representing our brand professionally.
• Facilitating collaboration among videographers, editors, designers, and other creative professionals to produce exceptional video content.
• Maintaining open and effective communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and presenting completed projects and revisions.
• Consulting with clients to develop a clear scope of work and vision for their video projects, ensuring their objectives are met with creative solutions.
• Generating innovative concepts and ideas to pitch to both existing and prospective clients, driving forward our creative capabilities.
  
  Ideal candidates will possess:
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in video production, with a preference for those experienced in working with professional and corporate clients.
• Proficiency and experience working with modern cinema line cameras - such as Sony fx3, etc.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with an emphasis on Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Exceptional skills in narrative development and visual storytelling.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative role within the video production or related industry.
• A collaborative spirit, excellent organizational skills, and a dedication to client satisfaction.
