VDC/BIM Pre-Fab Design Manager

We are based out of Fulton, MS, and operate 14 divisions throughout the southeastern part of the US. • Lead the Pre-Fab team to develop, implement, and manage design processes and standards across projects
• Oversee the creation of shop fabrication tickets and ensure accuracy in design documentation
• Collaborate with project managers, and VDC/BIM team
• Conduct training and support for team members on Revit, Detailer, and AutoCAD BIM software and best practices
• Review and approve project BIM deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions
• Monitor project progress and manage technical issues related to BIM/VDC
• Provide leadership in the development of VDC/BIM strategies that enhance collaboration and efficiency
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in BIM/VDC

Requirements

Education and/or Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (required)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in VDC/BIM management or related roles (required)
• Strong proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD & Excel (required)
