Utility Worker

1 Resource Group is currently seeking a Utility Worker to join our team in Houston, TX. As a Utility Worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the operations of our company.

In this role, you will assist with general maintenance, cleaning, and organization of our facilities. You may also be responsible for operating machinery and equipment, as well as carrying out basic repair tasks.

The ideal candidate for this position is a reliable and hardworking individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and organizing work areas.
• Operate machinery and equipment, following safety guidelines and protocols.
• Perform basic repair tasks, such as changing light bulbs or fixing minor plumbing issues.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ability to operate machinery and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Forklift Experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Drivers License
