Our client, a Level II Trauma Center that is stroke, neuroscience and chest pain accredited, is seeking to add a full-time Ultrasound Technologist to join their team. Reporting to the Radiology Medical Director, the technologist follows patient assessment and treatment procedures as outlined by policy and provides relevant information to the Radiologist. Trained in Basic Life Support, the technologist offers support when required and appropriately documents procedural information in the patient's medical record, including PACS.
Hourly Rate: $28.00-$47.40 (based on experience)
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Ultrasound Technology or other accepted and approved equivalent
- Minimum 1-year scanning experience in Abdomen, OB/GYN, Vascular, and Breast Ultrasound
- ARDMS or ARRT/Sonography certification in Abdomen required within one year.
- LRST/ARRT Radiologic Technology License
- Certification in OB/GYN or Breast Ultrasound
- Current BLS (American Heart Association)
