Responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on travel destinations, attractions, and local customs
• Create personalized itineraries tailored to individual client preferences and budgets
• Handle travel inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide clients with accurate and relevant information
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage booking confirmations, cancellations, and modifications as necessary

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry
• Excellent knowledge of travel destinations, attractions, and accommodations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
• Proficiency in using reservation systems and travel planning software
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
