Transcriptionist

Teneo Linguistics Company is seeking a skilled Transcriptionist to join our team. As a Transcriptionist at TLC, you will be responsible for accurately transcribing audio and video recordings into written format. Your attention to detail and linguistic expertise will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and quality of the transcriptions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Listen to audio and video recordings and accurately transcribe them into written format.
• Ensure the transcriptions are free from errors and follow the provided guidelines.
• Research and verify any unfamiliar terminology or references to ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to confidentiality and security standards in handling sensitive information.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Transcriptionist or similar role.
• Excellent listening skills and ability to understand different accents and voices.
• Strong command of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Proficient in using transcription software and tools.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
