Timekeeper Specialist

As a timekeeper, your main responsibility is to ensure accurate recording of attendants' time and attendance. This involves utilizing Electronic Visit Verification through Vendor Vesta. You will track attendants' time in and time out using various methods, such as clients' landline, Small Token Device, or the Vesta mobile app.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 p.m

Pay rate: $15-$16 per hour

Duties:

• Assist with Backgrounds including maintaining confidentiality
• Assists attendants in resolving payroll questions or concerns
• Assist field supervisors w/ training ensuring attendants fully understand processes with EVV
• Verifying visits through Vesta meeting payroll/billing deadlines •
• Verifying attendant schedules as worked with clients and/or client representatives according to visit maintenance
• Notifying field supervisor/ manager for all eligibility concerns
• Ensuring hospitalizations and/or all suspensions are not overlapping with hours monitored through EVV
• Accuracy and compliance of payroll verification data and reporting
• Reporting attendant absence to Field Supervisor / Manager
• Ensuring all exceptions for assigned clients/attendants are cleared
• Flexibility with cross training of Intake Specialist
• Assist with other locations remote or by travel
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience with Vesta EVV System
• Valid driver's license
• Must have dependable vehicle, or reliable transportation
• Maintain current auto insurance

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Six months general office experience preferred
