Timekeeper for Caregiving Services

Home Care Providers of Texas is adding to our PCS team in South South-East Houston area!

Home Care Providers of Texas is seeking a dedicated and reliable Timekeeper to join our caregiving services team. As a Timekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely recording of caregivers' working hours and managing payroll processes.

Pay Range $15.00-$17.00

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate records of caregivers' working hours
• Review timesheets and verify the accuracy of reported hours
• Enter and update caregiver attendance and schedule information into the system
• Communicate with caregivers to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to their working hours
• Prepare payroll based on recorded hours
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
• Receive incoming calls and messages and direct to appropriate staff

Requirements:

• Previous experience with Vesta EVV System
• Ability to work remote as well as work in office as required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
