Responsibilities

  • Lead Technical Customer Support team
  • Be expert in our product & solution
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting for our Product new releases, changes (Hardware & Software)
  • Write technical guide, knowledge base for users
  • Handle escalated technical issues, tickets from customers that cannot be handled by CS Reps
  • Support Sales in solution discussion with customers
  • Create and execute training programs for CS team
  • Manage ticketing workflow
  • Responsible for CSAT, Average Handle Time
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in technology related field
  • Multiple Azure or Okta SAML SSO setup and deployment experience
  • Large organization devices, network rollout experience
  • Large organization IT security, endpoints MDM experience
  • Experience setting up deploying IT solution such as Sharepoint, PowerBI, and other enterprise applications
  • Experience with Linux, shell scripting
  • Excellent technical capability and solution skills
  • Good people, team training skills
  • 5-7 years total experience
  • 3 years minimum in management position
  • Experience with ITSM providers preferred
