Talent Acquisition Manager

Apple Roofing is seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic talent acquisition plan to attract and hire top talent for our growing company.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define hiring needs and develop an effective talent acquisition strategy
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role (2+ years)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
