DATAMARK, Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a leading provider of business process outsourcing solutions, DATAMARK helps organizations worldwide manage their operations more efficiently and effectively. The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and success.
In this role, the Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates. They will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements, create job descriptions, and manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. The Talent Acquisition Manager will also build and maintain relationships with external talent sources, such as job boards, universities, and recruitment agencies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Provides leadership and vision to the Talent Acquisition teams, by having a continuous improvement mindset, bringing new and effective techniques for candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and retention
- Build and maintain relationships with external talent sources
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment role
- At least 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition management position
- Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and implementing talent acquisition strategies to meet company needs
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and external talent sources
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to travel as required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Previous experience leading teams
- SHRM and/or HRCI certification preferred
- Experience in the BPO or outsourcing industry is preferred
