Full Job Description
Accredited Labs is a fast-growing company on an exciting journey of acquisition and expansion, and we are looking for a Systems Integration Administrator to join our team!
As the Systems Integration Administrator, you will be responsible for day-to-day administration, optimization, and integration of our core business systems. In this role, you’ll maintain system stability, manage integrations, support end-users, and proactively identify process automation and optimization opportunities. You will work closely with our Director of Integration, IT, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams and the go-to resource for all system-related questions & escalations. This role is critical in enabling Accredited Labs to operate efficiently at scale and to deliver consistently high-quality service to our customers.
Our growth strategy involves building a scalable, integrated technology ecosystem. As we unify systems across multiple business units—ranging from ERP (NetSuite), CRM (Salesforce), and calibration management (IndySoft) solutions to marketing automation (HubSpot)—we need a dedicated expert to ensure these systems are seamlessly integrated, optimally configured, maintained, and continuously improved to support our expanding operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Systems Administration & Maintenance: Serve as the primary administrator for key business applications (NetSuite, IndySoft, Salesforce, HubSpot), managing user accounts, permissions, security settings, system updates, and data hygiene.
- Integration Management: Implement, monitor, and maintain integrations between platforms. Use APIs and integration tools to ensure seamless data flow, minimize errors, and reduce manual touchpoints.
- User Support & Training: Provide Tier-2 support to internal teams, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, and develop training resources and documentation to improve user adoption and proficiency.
- Process Automation & Continuous Improvement: Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend/implement system enhancements, customizations, or automation to improve operational productivity.
- Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure accurate, reliable data across platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs that inform decision-making.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with third-party consultants, integration partners, and software vendors to escalate complex issues and drive timely resolutions. Partner internally with the Director of Integration, Operations, Finance, and Quality teams to align technology solutions with business priorities.
Why Join Us?
This position offers a unique opportunity to be at the operational core of a fast-growing, private equity-backed national network. You’ll gain hands-on experience managing enterprise systems integration in a complex, acquisitive environment. Your contributions will directly impact our scalability, efficiency, and service quality, positioning you for future career growth as our technology ecosystem evolves.
