Job Summary:

Restore is seeking a Supply Chain Support Specialist to play a vital role in supporting the operations of our studios. This role is responsible for answering ordering tickets and supporting the ordering processes for our network of wellness studios. This multifaceted position combines customer service excellence with essential administrative tasks, offering an exciting opportunity for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and solutions to our network of studios within the agreed SLAs, using Jira ticketing system.
  • Work with Medical vendors to resolve issues submitted by the network.
  • Billing Support: Collaborate with the billing team to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices related to clinic orders.
  • Process Improvement: Continually assess and improve ordering processes to enhance efficiency and streamline operations, optimizing cost-effectiveness.
  • Procurement Assistance: Assist in the procurement process by maintaining accurate records, completing administrative tasks, and build strong relationships with relevant vendors.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience providing customer service through a ticketing system, Jira preferred.
  • Experience in G Suite.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks, including billing and procurement functions.
