Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in supply chain software and ERP systems, with a strong understanding of logistics operations.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, driving performance and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
