Superintendent - Commercial Construction -Midland, TX

Elite Sourcing LLC is seeking an experienced Superintendent to manage commercial construction projects in the Midland, TX area. As a Superintendent, you will oversee the construction site, manage staff, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a dedicated construction professional.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise all on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and project progression.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to maintain efficiency.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and identify potential issues.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain project documentation.
• Lead and mentor field staff, ensuring proper training and development.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects in the commercial sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in construction management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
