Strategy Operations Manager

The Strategy Operations Manager is a key member of the growing team and will report to the Director of Strategy Operations. You will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the company and driving initiatives that contribute to its long-term success. You will drive strategic initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and growth to ensure strategic alignment across all levels of the organization, spearheading complex analyses, and leading high-impact projects. A critical aspect of this role includes a strong focus on strategic planning—developing and executing frameworks that align the company’s long-term objectives with operational execution. This is a unique opportunity to join a Strategy Operations team within a dynamic and fast-paced organization.

This role offers flexibility and can be based in Austin with a hybrid schedule, or anywhere in the U.S. with a remote setup, including occasional travel to our other offices.

Requirements

WHAT YOU’ll DO:

• Strategic Planning: Manage the development, refinement, and execution of strategic plans that drive organizational growth. 
• Ensure strategic goals are translated into actionable initiatives across all functional areas.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify strategic opportunities, optimize performance, and track progress. 
• Provide actionable insights to inform decision-making for SEON’s leadership team. 
• Create comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate strategic insights, progress, and recommendations to the executive team and other key stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to SEON’s extended leadership team, offering strategic guidance and recommendations that influence major business decisions and drive organizational improvement.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives and maintain organizational effectiveness.

WHAT YOU’ll BRING:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.  
• 7-10 years of experience in a strategy, operations, or business planning role, with a proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and delivering high-impact results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner to diverse audiences.
• Ability to build relationships and effectively influence to gain the support of multiple stakeholders in individual or group settings.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with complex data sets. 
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional stakeholder groups, managing multiple strategic projects, and balancing competing priorities effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.
• Advanced proficiency in GSuite, with strong Excel/Sheets skills.

• Experience with Tableau and strategic planning frameworks.
