What we are looking for:

Texas Direct Roofing and Construction is seeking 3-5 individuals to join our growing

team of Storm Restoration Representatives to help clients restore their homes from storm

damage. We are looking for individuals who want to be a part of company that works hard

and plays hard.

No experience is necessary…We provide the best storm restoration training

program nationwide, developing you into a fully capable, proficient sales rep in 6

days. Individuals we hire receive training on basic construction, insurance, and

storm damage knowledge they need to assist homeowners through their projects.

Responsibilities:

o Inspecting and documenting for storm damage to homes

o Meet directly with homeowners after inspections to brief them on the repairs

and claims process and sign restoration agreements

o Creating estimates

o Marketing and lead generation for new prospects

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $3,333.00 - $4,166.00 per month

Compensation package:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Weekends as needed

Travel requirement: No travel

License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)

Work Location: In person

Qualifications Needed:

o Comfortable talking face-to-face with customers

o Able to climb a ladder to a roof

o Reliable transportation

o Great work ethic and good time management

o Willing to self-generate leads

o Smartphone capable of taking pictures/video during inspections

o Previous sales experience is a plus
