Do you excel at juggling multiple priorities while ensuring clients and candidates are satisfied? If you’re an experienced account manager who thrives in the staffing industry, then our client has the perfect role for you. We’re searching for a Staffing Account Manager (aka The Talent Connector) to oversee client accounts, deliver staffing solutions, and build lasting partnerships.
As the Staffing Account Manager at our client, you’ll serve as the bridge between talented candidates and the clients who need them. You’ll manage client relationships, understand their staffing needs, and work closely with the recruiting team to deliver high-quality talent. This role isn’t just about placing candidates—it’s about creating value for clients through strategic staffing solutions and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for staffing needs. You’ll proactively communicate with clients to understand their business, culture, and specific hiring requirements.
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring that staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively. You’ll identify opportunities for account growth, expanding service offerings, and developing long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with recruiting teams to ensure that clients receive high-quality candidates that align with their technical and cultural requirements. You’ll coordinate the end-to-end staffing process, from candidate selection to placement.
- Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to understand their staffing challenges, business goals, and technical requirements. You’ll tailor staffing solutions to address both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Address client concerns, resolve issues, and provide solutions to staffing challenges. You’ll ensure that any problems are resolved quickly and to the client’s satisfaction, maintaining a high level of trust and service.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients, ensuring that agreements align with both the client’s needs and the company’s goals. You’ll handle the administrative side of contracts, including billing, compliance, and legal documentation.
- Track and analyze account performance, providing regular reports to clients on staffing progress and outcomes. You’ll use metrics to improve service delivery and ensure that clients are satisfied with their staffing results.
