Specialist, Neurofeedback Services Counseling

Manages all aspects of Neurofeedback, data collection and management. Manages the design and implementation of program curriculum to include the development of instructional strategies, course materials, assessment techniques, and appropriate integration of instructional technologies. Manages the design and supports the implementation of youth care programmatic objectives. Provides assistance to align the Model of Leadership and Service with programs through program design and development. Reviews the operating results of youth programs, comparing them with established objectives, and assists program teams to develop appropriate corrective measures.

Requirements

1.    Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

2.    A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a residential youth or childcare environment is required.  Residential treatment and/or psychiatric hospital experience is preferred. 

3.    Computer proficiency is preferred.

4.    Proficiency in general office equipment operation is required.

5.    Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.

6.    Must be at least 21 years of age.

7.    Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license.

8.    Must be available for travel as needed.
