Full Job Description

ROADWAY RESCUES LLC is currently seeking a customer-oriented and organized individual who is fluent in Spanish to join our team as a Spanish Speaking Service Advisor. As a Spanish Speaking Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers and play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and managing automotive service requests. This position requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, automotive knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and understand their automotive service needs in both English and Spanish.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding service options, pricing, and timelines using both English and Spanish.
  • Manage service appointments and schedule repairs efficiently.
  • Create estimates and work orders for customer approval in both English and Spanish.
  • Communicate with technicians and coordinate the completion of repairs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing regular updates on repair progress and addressing any concerns in both English and Spanish.
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions.
  • Collaborate with the parts department to order necessary parts and ensure timely delivery.
  • Stay updated on automotive industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer service role in the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Automotive knowledge and understanding of basic vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling and record keeping.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
