HSI is seeking an innovative EHS (Environment, Health, & Safety) Solution Architect to join our team and drive the future of safety management systems. As an EHS Solutions Architect I, youwill provide advanced technical support and customer service to existing customers who utilize the safety management system. As an expert in the capabilities and limitations of the system, you will support customers in utilizing their implementation, and in updating and maintenance of their configured site. You will engage with software developers and other support functions to resolve customer issues and make suggestions for product improvements.

Essential Functions

  • Continuously grow your technical knowledge of company products
  • Meet with customers to find solutions to their individual needs
  • Determine how to best configure products based on customer needs
  • Serve as an intermediate-level system administrator in support of customer requests
  • Investigate and resolve advanced technical support and system bug issues
  • Communicate any product quality assurance issues and track resolution
  • Maintain an accurate record of all activities in Salesforce
  • Work with Product and Development teams to test tools and features

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.  An Associate Degree and 3+ years of relatable experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree - We do recognize there are various educational pathways and encourage anyone who believes they are qualified to perform the essential job functions to apply.   • 2+ years of experience consulting with end-users and sales to determine system configuration needs
  • Safety Management System experience is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with databases is a plus
  • Intermediate to advanced skill set in Microsoft Office, previous experience working with advanced Excel functions
  • High interest in technology and strong technical aptitude

This position has a base range of $55K-60K USD. Where an applicant will ultimately fall within the stated range depends on a variety of factors, including, for example, geographic location and level of experience.
