Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our organizational goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Monitor social media channels for interactions and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and use insights to improve engagement and reach.
  • Collaborate with clinical and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
  • Conduct outreach and engage with local communities and organizations to promote awareness of our services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or mental health field.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools, along with the ability to create engaging content tailored to each platform.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with an eye for detail.
  • Experience analyzing social media metrics and using data to drive strategy.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous social media campaigns or content is a plus.
