We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. If you are interested, please complete the Virtual Assistant application. Key Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram
- Create posts and stories twice a week
- Create and manage editorial calendar
- Update website
- Sit down and go through website with client to discuss updates needed
- Outreach to OBGYN and Ped practices
- Create a list of OBGYN and pediatrician practices in LA area
- Create pitches and have client bless it
- Reach out to practices
- Create and manage monthly newsletter
- Create a lists of podcasts related to motherhood, prenatal and postnatal care and pitch client to be on
- Jump in and help when needed with ad hoc tasks / projects
- Platforms:

Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing (a must)
- Experience in writing sales copy (a plus)
- Interest / passionate about postpartum (a plus)
- Strong writing skills
- Detail oriented
- Self-starter
- 5-10 hours per week (with availability to increase as needed)
- PST, MST, CST, EST Time Zones
