We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. If you are interested, please complete the Virtual Assistant application. Key Responsibilities

  • Outreach to podcasts
    • Create a list of podcasts and reach out to them on behalf of client
    • Hand off warm leads to client
    • Send bio and headshot
    • Repurpose podcasts into content / newsletter 
  • Research social media trends
  • Create Canva templates using branding and colors 
  • Create and manage monthly newsletter 
  • Manage YouTube shorts
  • Post consistently on Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube shorts 
  • Manage Amazon storefront
  • Create a list of local bookstores based on where client would be for upcoming book signings 
  • Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
  • Platforms:
    • Canva
    • Google Suite 
    • Instagram
    • TikTok
    • Meta
    • YouTube
    • WordPress 
    • LinkTree
    • Asana / Trello / Structure
    • Amazon

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube shorts, and Meta
  • Experience in social media / digital marketing (a must) 
  • Deadline oriented
  • Intuitively organized
  • Detail oriented
  • Self-starter
  • 10 hours per week with availability to increase around book launch
  • Eastern, Central, Mountain or Pacific Time Zone
